    Positive Outlook

I worked at ExxonMobil for less than a year

    Pros

    - the company is a good place to learn with no pressure. not only do you learn things pertaining to your job function, they ensure that all staff are trained in other aspects of the company's activities - most of the company activites are automated - responsibilities are given swiftly so for a beginner, you start working almost immediately - staff welfare package is great.

    Cons

    - most of the company activites are automated so for a beginner, it spoils you. - the responsibilities of staff are minimal so sometimes you only learn about a very small aspect of the job function - the company is over saturated at the lower levels
