Positive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Employsure full-time for less than a year
Pros
Amazing work culture and office environment. Plenty of room to improve Phone Sales experience. Great leaders and management . Fun and fast paced yet not intense environment.
Cons
Remuneration is not optimal. Bonus and commission is not idealistic and hard to hit for 95% of workers. Commission for the month that you're leaving does not get paid out to you even though you've worked hard to get that deal for the company, which I find very unfair as no other place does that.

Surrounded by experts in employment relations, Employsure is a great place to learn and to be valued for your knowledge. People from every departments are willing to help and assist. The days are never the same and you don't bring your work at home. Focused on career progression.
Cons
Hours are set and not flexible, for example you may have shorter lunch break because you were stuck on a call. High fast-paced environment so days are pretty intense.

Working with Employsure Law has given me a great opportunity to expand my skill set and develop my career. The work environment is very collaborative and everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand. In this regard, it feels more like a family rather than just any ordinary workplace. I would strongly recommend to anyone to come on board as it an all-round fantastic place to work.

The fast-paced and high volume work environment might not be suitable for everyone, especially if they prefer a more relaxed pace of work.
