No Pros. Only Cons to be frank

My experience with Talentrack has been utterly disappointing. As a dedicated employee, I expected growth and support, but what I got was humiliation and ego clashes with the founders, particularly Vivek. The 10% annual increment is a joke, and the lack of genuine opportunities for advancement is concerning. The frequent strategic conferences feel like a facade. Unless you're prepared for psychological games and limited growth, I'd advise against joining Talentrack.

1- I really liked the interview process at Talentrack. 2- HR Team was really supportive and I was getting all the updates related to my profile.
