Pros
Job itself is easy, it's basic customer service and and the making calls to dispatch.
Cons
Management doesn't talk to itself or it's subordinates effectively, communication as a whole is rather abysmal. They have the mindset of one bad apple ruins the bunch, so when someone abuses a certain privilege, it's completely taken away without explanation, instead of monitoring it amd letting the workers know.
