Not a loyalty company, regardless of claims, engine is subscription services, little member usage, high member churn rate. Have chased loyalty for over 5 years with little to show for it. Investors wag the company tail. Management changes priorities quarterly, often time less.

I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
