Great product vision and offerings to the market. High potential to be out there killing the competition. One to watch for the future. Just needs a great one to take this company to where they should be.

They stumble around year after year with execution and internal strife. Poor culture and subsequent staff retention which is atrocious . Too much politics at play within senior management preventing focus on key deliveries. CEO is largely abstract and does not drive from the top. Should be a billion dollar company by now in terms of annual sales revenue. Instead, over 10 years on, they blunder on with the same issues and situations.
