Decent pay and Decent coworkers.

Cons

Routine layoffs. Unstable management style. No clear objective nor goal other than money, money, money. Ran like a private equity shop. Constantly dealing with upper lever mistakes and missteps. Oh, and Constant LEGAL ISSUES...don't take my word on it. Just search Zimmer lawsuits.

No promotion. It takes lot of time to climb up the ladder.
