      Pros

      Paychecks come in on time, benefits are pretty decent. Pre Oct 1st 2023(AWS policy change) the company was operating like a well oiled machine.

      Cons

      -AWS is constantly trying to shut down. -In office policy is a joke. Little to no interactions with other departments. -AI/ML isn't real, cheap labor makes many mistakes -People are constantly leaving and pushing out the wrong employees, -leadership doesn't trust anyone. -Hiring of unqualified people runs rampant at this company(see Customer success lead and VP in the U.S.)

      Pros

      The people, culture, mission, product, and market opportunity are tremendous. Zesty is experiencing hypergrowth right now and it does a great job of bringing in people who are kind, smart, dedicated, and team-oriented. I believe Zesty will experience continued growth because of its innovation and focus. I look forward to seeing Zesty grow and mature through the years.

      Cons

      I don't see any cons at Zesty at this time. However, a lot of competition is popping up in the cloud savings arena. Zesty will have to keep moving forward to stay ahead of the competition.
