Great people to work with, awesome offices, a lot of bonuses like devices & free food, flexible working hours (the main point is to deliver results), you are allowed to contact to anyone at the company and express your ideas openly
Cons
You have to not forget to avoid stagnation when working at large projects. Always try to build pet projects or similar stuff.
