Cons
I have a list.
1. Leave policy - Worst, They give bare minimum leave or holiday(as per law, the least allowed). And they interfere in the leaves you take.
2. They do not cover the bare minimum internet expense.
3. No benefits apart from salary.
4. No privacy, people can actually access your personal information, like how many leaves you have etc, Which must not be open like that.
5. They do not have work, only a few clients that too are not there client directly, they hire via a third party.
6. Very less professonal , especially the higher management (barely any is there)
7. Hikes, forget it. They always say , it is working from home so kind of get paid less. I am not sure, if the payment is for work.
8. As they are not directly linked to clients, they can't help on anything. It is more like a recruiting company on temporary basis. If client work is off, you have no other options, they don't have multiple clients.
9. No learning portal or anything.
10. Not even a well developed Hr portal or something. They use greytHR, and it don't have many features.
11. No career growth.
12. They call themselves as product based, but there nothing as such.
