Pros
- Established recruitment process is actually very good. - They put in the effort to train new employees well. - Good for short-term.
Cons
- Unethical and inappropriate behaviour is accepted and promoted at the Founder level. - At the time, there was no POSH committee (which goes against law since there were over 15 employees). - Created an extremely uncomfortable and unsafe environment for a woman to be in where no protections are given. - Not even long-time female employees will stand up against the inappropriate behaviour. - Payscale is on the lower side.
