      Pros

      You will get to learn a lot of things because of the resource crunch.

      Cons

      1- The founder is very arrogant & toxic. 2-Management will force you to write fake reviews. All the five stars you see on glassdoor are mostly fake. 3-Forget about your personal life. You will have to work for more than 10 hours on most days.

      Pros

      Working at a startup is a whole different experience. There are many exciting opportunities and a lively work culture. I've learned to handle multiple tasks and be more flexible with my work and responsibilities.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, some tasks take up a lot of time, but we can do nothing about it.

      I never get such kinda healthy environment which I am getting here. The culture of work and the people all are very supportive. Cant explain because its speechless

      There are nothing to say any down side which I cam share because I never seen any such kinda things .all is perfect .
