They fire employees without proper reason(s). They doesn't have guts to accept there internal faults which is something like lack of projects, harrsment issues from managers who address concern of employees. The PM's are not aware of scrum process and doesn't have enough business knowledge. They make you work like doing imposition on single page or business functionality. Most of them are been Sacked because of lack of projects and unethical managers sitting offshore and onsite. Also there are few wicked developers who do a smart work like bootlicking these managers and showing failures upon there co workers. Request to HR dont post false information after each post, the way we projected is what we experienced and not something we can bluff. Give value to your human resource policies. Also please keep in mind you are also one of employee
