- Recruiters violate WA state law by not divulging pay ranges, instead continuously dodging the question and asking "what are you looking for"
- Submitted my pay requirements to their client incorrectly, then refused to fix
- Never return calls when specifically asked to escalate employment or pay matters internally
- Claim that WA state sick leave is paid by their client. It is not, is paid by the company (WideNet)
- No PTO
- No paid holidays
- None of this was disclosed to me at the outset
- Recruiters and Account Managers will simply lie to your face and expect you to thank them and ask for more
