Decent salary, nice office infrastructure including big monitors.
Cons
It's not the Wells Fargo which used to be prised by all for WLB, annual hikes, culture and integrity anymore. Under new management, the policies are anti-emoloyee, be it fixed 3 days work from office, No WFH from non base location, same project being done by various teams, managers are more of people managers with no thought leadership or career guidance and lack of career path.
