Pros
Great team and manager at the office level: flexible hours, good work life balance, management that is interested in your career track. Corporate Level: Opportunities to get plugged into many different projects all over the world (Key - with some/a lot of support from your local manager).
Cons
Currently there are two areas of management (Projects and People): Both have there own interest and sometime they butt heads. A lot of forms and performance measures that are not useful to PM and are not 100% clear on purpose. Most goals for both areas are based on statistical factors which only provide a snapshot of actual happenings and can be skewed (bad data in = bad data out). Still some unknowns about what changes may be coming down the road with the buy out.
