They like to talk a lot of visions and future. But back down to the business operation and office management, it is VERY POOR. Not to think they are global. They are not even at the regional level. It is so undeveloped. It is very easy to twist things around. Everything is covered up as the leader also twists things around into his/her personal benefit and favour.
