Opternative is a medium-to-fast paced environment where your work has a direct impact on the company's growth. We have a cool product that completely changes the way people update their prescriptions. We work iteratively based on the feedback from our customers. The direction and projects are determined based on data, not the whims of a single person. Anyone can ask "why are we doing this?" or "why aren't we doing this?".
Cons
With any startup, there's risk that it'll fail. Even though we're growing a lot, there's a lot of lobbying against us. We don't have enough employees with the amount of work we want to accomplish. No raises this past year because of unrealistic goals.
