Pros
The city has good benefits, participates in the VRS, and City Hall feels very safe now. The people in the office were wonderful and I enjoyed working there.
Cons
Underpaid given the cost of living. The city did a study checking if they were paying market rate, found they were not and that most city employees couldn't afford to live in the city, and only bumped salaries a small amount.
