- No work/life balance
- The volume of work was too much with tight deadlines which aren't achievable unless I worked more than my contracted hours. But if I did, I wasn't paid overtime.
- Felt like a 'Big brother' environment, as you had to on a weekly basis go over your projects and talk about everything you did and did not do, which itself was time consuming.
- I was expected to be assertive, however I think managerial definition of assertive was unprofessional and very much 'throw your toys out the pram' attitude. I found this very unprofessional.
- No flexible working hours
- Had to be in 2 days at the office or at a depot
- Strictly limited to a 30 minute lunch only
- Bullying culture
- No onboarding process
- A lot of office grapevine
- I would never recommend any of my friends or colleagues that I know of, past or present to work here.
