      Pros

      This would probably be a decent first job for someone straight out of college or for someone with little to no experience in sales or marketing.

      Cons

      Poor compensation - offers are made as salary, wages are paid as hourly. Management is absentee 75% of the time. Clients are misled on quality of the company database and the quality of the work being performed. Paying clients are frequently lied to - reports are fabricated.

      Many fond memories of my time there.

      Pros

      The pay is ok. The hours are great! The people seem to be ok.

      Cons

      Was told I was going to train for a certain type of position, but did not get to do that. 2 people running a project is confusing enough, but then having the owner tell me one thing and the person in CHARGE tell me not to do things that way is a bit confusing. If the one it charge would not have made things so complicated, it would have been a great place to be.
