Pros
I would say career opportunities, working environment, training and fringe benefits are indeed the high pros of Vale do Rio Doce.
Cons
Lack of communication and difficulty in turning when facing market turm-oil. Does not really promote innovation, but rather prefers to do more of what has "always" been done. No clear HR support on career path.
