Pros
Good pay but very limited benefits. Offers a health plan but your "shared" costs are more than an outside plan. They must make money on it.
Cons
It's a fiefdom. Very smart and shrewd owners operate it like dictators. If you say the wrong thing or disagree with them, out you go. The supposed "partners" live in constant fear of getting fired. The owners secretly own many other related companies that are leaches. It's all about the money and they have no compassion for employees or customers whatsoever.
