      Pros

      From top to bottom, everyone in the organization is great to work with. Many people with common goals in mind all striving to create the best product possible

      Cons

      At least in the broadcast assistant role, it is part time and seasonal, so one would be wise to have additional work lined up outside the role if relocating to SLC

      occasional tickets to games, working during events, workplace camaraderie

      Cons

      You are essentially nothing more than a grunt, upper management does not care about any of it's non managerial employees and it shows
