Feels like a prison, and employee moral is terrible. Senior management is clueless to problems and working conditions get substantially worse every year. We rarely ever get breaks, and normally work 12hrs straight. Work load is out of control and raises have not kept up with cost of living. None of the employees take pride in their work, it's just a job not a career.
