Hi. Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review of your current role with us. It’s really pleasing to see that you highlight a number of positives, including our flexible working arrangements, renumeration and learning opportunities. We’ll ensure your points around location and contract benefits are passed on to the respective teams. We wish you all the best and continued success at Unilever.
Working with brands you grew up with is really exciting! The people I have met have all been amazing as well!
Cons
Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
