The company is dynamic and fast passed, it was a great learning experience and I met there some of my best friends. Great environment and culture
Cons
Unilever requires long working hours, and there is a high rotation of their staff (Up to 40% new people each year), thus you will have to play the internal politics if you want to stay for the long run.

Hi. Thank you for your review - it's very helpful for us to receive varied feedback form across the organisation, from both past and present colleagues. Your points around our dynamic and fast paced nature, coupled with our learning opportunities are particularly pleasing to see. We'll ensure your comments around working hours and staff turnover are passed on to the team. We hope your current role is proving successful and wish you all the best.
Working with brands you grew up with is really exciting! The people I have met have all been amazing as well!
Cons
Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
