Pros

Great team energy and culture depending on station people do work hard. Plus working in aviation is ton of fun.

Cons

You would think that at a company you would look to the leaders and executives to find professionalism and great communication skills. But not here. Our leaders don’t communicate well ever and are harsh borderline rude and don’t care at alllll. I have heard sr managers screaming at employees. Benefits are terrible. Pay is low and to get a raise once you start is basically impossible. Things have gotten worse since becoming Unifi the new people coming into the company at corporate level are so oblivious to our operation. Look closely at these vague positive reviews. I don’t think those reflect the reality of working here.

Pros

No pros to working at Unifi. The Airport is beautiful and people are great. Unfortunately the employees work very hard for little pay and support from Unifi.

Cons

The company has significant internal issues that are not adequately addressed by Human Resources. There appears to be a culture of covering up problems rather than resolving them transparently. Leadership seems more focused on employee retention metrics and maintaining appearances with the airlines they serve than on addressing serious workplace concerns and holding individuals accountable. One of the most concerning examples was the handling of a manager who allegedly inappropriately harassed employees over a period of years. Despite ongoing concerns, meaningful action was not taken for years.. Situations like this create an environment where employees lose trust in leadership and feel that workplace misconduct is not taken seriously. This company should prioritize employee safety, accountability, and ethical management. Addressing serious concerns promptly and transparently is essential to retaining good employees and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
