1. You are promised great things during the interview and makes you feel that you have landed in the right place 2. Acquired by Merkle; so if you are in a Merkle project, you are in turn working for Merkle in your resume 3. Organic Ugam has good projects
Cons
Where do I begin with? 1. You land up in Merkle and not organic Ugam, then you are screwed! And I'm not exaggerating. 2. All the projects coming under Merkle is just support/maintenance and there is zero development (Especially for the Bangalore team) 3. There is clear partiality between Pune Merkle and Bangalore Merkle Team - all good projects are handed over to Pune team. 4. IDC is lead by Pune office managers and they don't even bother to listen to BLR employees feedback and pain point 5. Your learning curve and your time is only going to get wasted here
