      1. Office/staff work can be monotonous 2. Definite ceiling for promotion material working here 3. Winter's in the area can be harsh

      Pros

      It is in Germany, that can not be beat. Travel opportunities abound. Campus is pleasant. Friendly local community.

      Cons

      Not all of the personnel in management are qualified to hold their positions, but are getting "seasoned" for even higher positions. Can be annoying when responding to breaking events and one needs to provide extra background.
