Co-workers quick to turn on you if the feel it will make them look better. Too much favoritism. Team leads up to Management only listen to the people that are out to get others in trouble. Has become a very different place to work in the past 8 months or so. One manager has too much pull on the entire business even though there are multiple managers and mutiple positions above him. Absolutely no career advancement and they cater all other races except caucasian.
