Good learning environment and pay is decent.

The responsibilities are more than what is mentioned. You will be expected to resolve conflicts between operators, and when you're disrespected, there will be no accountability for the other party. This is a highly stressful job, because there is no support from management and much less from HR. Human Resources, although they encourage coming forward when someone is breaking the rules, there are no consequences for the other employee.
