Pros
- I have worked at UBS for more than 7 years. - Good work life balance. No weekend work unless you are in production support. - Company culture is excellent. Team is really good with excellent people. - Good Job security - Provide Good learning platform to upskill ( free O'reilly, Pluralsight, Coursera subsription.)
Cons
- Limited or No On-site opportunities. - Hear raises is in single digits like 5-15%. - Management is slow in taking descision in terms of upgrading Technology stack. Lot of applications are on legacy technologies. - Slow promotion - Mostly controlled by Zurich management. - Very difficult to move from one project to another . Internal mobility is very difficult.
