      The CEO is great and would say the upper management is good.. Pay is really good along with stock options..

      Pros

      Good compensation package. Free lunch and snacks.

      Cons

      Management are lacking the skills they need in a global company. Does not operate as a multinational company. Lack of vision and direction, extremely poor forward thinking and planning. Anyone outside of the Bay Area is marginalised.
