Pros
The team at trinity is great to work with, the staff are amazing and treat each other like family. There is a sense of belonging (at least to your immediate team) across the entire staff. Many decisions are made as a team.
Cons
Asking for help, or sharing an opinion that is different from that of the pastors is looked down upon. Transparency is something that is talked about, but when practiced is punished. The Church is run like a corporation, and instead of valuing people, they only seem to value what a person can bring to the table.
