All high level managers are nice, there is many opp to improve your self. Good salary and benefits, good locations
Cons
They don't know how to keep experienced people in that company anymore. Since structure has been changed, all people who has good communication with their managers became a team leader or manager. Doesn't matter they have skill to manage people or not. This teamleads doesn't want to escalete any issues to their managers, that is why they keep getting promotions. Instead of keeping team happy they prefer to keep their own managers happy. They prefer to work people who can be controled easly instead of who knows the bussiness. 5 in 10 new hires are mistake, even personality is not matching with the title. Managers doesn't share any info unless you learned from somewhere else and ask to them. They keep apologising but not create any solution.
