Cons
- Core line of business systems are so (EDITED - confidential/trade secret), it is not even funny - likewise, their dev process - absurdly toxic relationships with some key developers in (EDITED - confidential/trade secret) offshore office - Kilkenny dev team was off to some amazing start, but turns out if you hold yourself to today's best industry standards, it is "expensive" (as in, "too expensive"). So, little by little, there's no Kilkenny dev team to speak of, anymore. Hence, all your IT systems are going to rely on (EDITED - confidential/trade secret) team. Which, as stated earlier on, belongs in (EDITED - confidential/trade secret), and a (EDITED - confidential/trade secret). I could complain for several paragraphs more. But you get the picture.
