Pros

I have no positives to share.

Cons

This is a small company that operates at a financial deficit. The CEO prides himself on not nurturing a “sales bro culture” in the company but only rewards those who nurture a dysfunctional work environment. The management team is primarily composed of unqualified and inexperienced individuals who have personal connections with the CEO, managers are fed their deals and revenue by their team but often preach their dedication and hard work after showing up to the office for 2-3 hours a day at most.  Notably, the majority of five-star reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed are authored by current employees who are required to write them, by management’s request.  The company often resorts to intimidation tactics to drive productivity, frequently threatening to fire employees and requiring participation in excessive overtime and requests that extend beyond employees' job descriptions while refusing to pay overtime wages. For instance, employees were required to stay until 10 pm with last-minute notice, even if they had family obligations. In addition, employees were required to attend a 5 a.m. workout where management ran around with their shirts off, yelling obscenities and reminding employees of the importance of their “dedication” to the company.  The company also terminated a pregnant employee without prior notice and appeared to derive amusement from her reaction to her termination, having laughed about it during a subsequent meeting with other remaining employees. Employee turnover is quite high due to the company's reluctance to hire individuals who might challenge the management's questionable conduct and poor working conditions. Any individuals who do not validate the frat-like culture that the higher-ups value are immediately targeted and fired. The company also lacks proper office furniture, leaving employees to make do with filing cabinets as makeshift desks. Meanwhile, the CEO and management team spend well into the six figures gambling on weekends. Recently, employees were asked to accept significant pay reductions or face termination with a meager severance package, after having hired a team of individuals (who are personal friends of the CEO) that come into the office late and spend most of their afternoons golfing on the clock.  To sum up, the company promises a great work environment, but will not tolerate any individuals that question their unreasonable and illegal behavior.

Dear reviewer, We appreciate your feedback and take these concerns seriously. Our commitment is to foster a healthy work environment for all. Our goal is continuous improvement, and your input is invaluable. It's important to note that honest feedback is crucial and we don't mandate positive reviews. If all of our employees were required to leave positive reviews you would see over 400 posted on Glassdoor and Indeed which is obviously not the case. That is not a requirement. We do believe that having a commitment to self improvement and overall health plays a huge role in our team happiness and general well-being. This belief is encouraged heavily but not mandated. Again, if you believe this felt otherwise please inform us immediately!

Pros

Lots of money to be made, great environment that promotes growth. As well as plenty of opportunity to move up into leadership. Very successful people you get to work around.

Cons

You have to be willing to put the work in to be successful. This isn’t the type of job you can just sit around and slack off and make money. But, if you do put the work in you will make multiple 6 figures.

Pros

Potential for good pay Travel

Cons

Major favoritism by team leaders towards some reps Like a frat house hardly any food 2 bathrooms to share by 14 people. And the higher up couple got one of the bathrooms making sure 12 of us share 1 bathroom. Training virtually nonexistent. Coworkers are snakes, and snitches and think telling on you will get them higher in the company. They drop you off at 10 am with no food money or water and expect you to knock on doors for 10 hours straight. Will yell at you for going to a store. They take forever to pay you but they get their money immediately.
