Great coworkers overshadowed by poor leadership - Director of Admissions ThriveDX Employee Review

Every person I've met has been exceedingly kind and professional. The company is going through a lot of change, and everyone has been willing to share their historic knowledge and give grace during the learning process. The interview process allowed me to meet several members of the leadership team, and their vision for the company has been clear and aligned since the start.

Since the team is growing quickly and building out of the Maryland HQ office, there are a lot of remote employees that I haven't yet had the chance to connect with and learn from! That will just take more time.

Offers benefits and remote work

Micromanagement style, Israeli workers seem to have no problems and never work as hard as Americans. Multiple managers to report to confusing sales and who is actually your boss. Basically I don't recommend working here if you are in sales.
