Pros
You definitely need to think creatively and with intelligence. It is a positive business, rewarding and there is never a dull moment. It is at the beginning of its journey and has a compelling story delivering value for its clients. It recognises lifestyle and working hard, and combines them well.
Cons
The hard work does mean varied hours and as a start up the invariable late evening or weekend work. It is not 9-5, but does give freedom to enjoy work and family.
