      1 Some benefits. 2 office access 3 the space to eat

      Cons

      The changes are constant and when they fire someone they indicate that this is a dictatorship and there is no democracy and that is what they use to say that there are no employees who are not aligned with the company's values. Managers do not fulfill their role because they do not have any voice or decision making.

      Pros

      The team is very collaborative and actually cares about their employees. From the CEO to the office support staff, everyone is friendly and fun to work with. The work is challenging yet rewarding.

      Cons

      Can be gaps in communication sometimes, but nothing you would not see at any company with over 400+ employees.

      Pros

      Team I worked with genuinely cared about me and wished for me to succeed. Fun, inviting environment, everyone there was very nice.

      Cons

      There weren't any real downside working for this company. only thing I can say was I was let go due to budget cuts.
