Good culture, reasonable expectations for position duties

Difficult to receive any out of cycle raises/promotions

Good coworkers and managers that promoted growth within the organization.

Lots of travel. Low pay and lack of bonuses for non-project managers. Delegation of work left you unbillable for periods of time requiring you to make it up later.
