Interesting work, great team, good work life balance

Not that I can think of

Good health benefits, office was centrally located, really talented and creative employees.

Management was discombobulated and disorganized. The company no longer exists anymore because it was always a side project the owner was done had his fun and didn’t feel the need to continue the business.
