Pros
Good discount and benefits on offer - fantastic wage in relation to the actual workload - easy job - potential for great staff morale - flexi contracts allow you to work around other commitments - increased rate of pay on sundays and bank holidays.
Cons
Communication between management and lower staff / between departments was often lacking - large scale structure changes seemed to happen increasingly often as I prepared to leave - lack of consistency in store procedure / staff recognition - can feel difficult to progress despite desire to go further / do more.
