Pros
Quite a few nice people, the words behind people and culture did carry some weight and had a relatively modern feel. Remote forward work is a plus
Cons
Too many old school selling leaders, lots of dead weight at the top. Terrible pay. No processes or automation were easily implementable, too many people leaving from layoffs or voluntarily to get anything done.
