      Really knew how to take care of their own Great manager (Hiten) Great team / ample oppurtunity to learn

      If you don't know how to manage your own time you will struggle

      Pros

      Work life balance and some tireless colleagues

      Cons

      No direction whatsoever. Chasing CEO's half baked ideas to produce very little of value. Using tech that is decades old and trying to be an authority on nonprofit tech. They give "promotions", which for them means no pay increase but taking on the work of someone who quit.
