Pros

Can bring your gadgets at work.

1. no proper training - they hired no experience people but they dont give them a proper training about the job itself. They only give you an overview of the marketing tools, like canva, skype, etc. They said clients would be the one to train us but they also didn't. I started to have my own client and I didnt even know what to do. My TL didnt care at all which makes the job so hard. Good thing there's one approcheable tl here from other team. 2. Unclear job position - they interviewed me as CSR and they hired me as VA. But on my contract it's CSR. While on the company system it's Tech Support. And I have diff ID numbers too. 3. They lied to the client - they created a resume for me and added I have 5mons experience as VA when I dont have. 4. Delayed salary - one of the tenured folks here said, her salary was delayed for 10days already.

don't provide hazard pay, always have salary disputes, don't have proper pantry and clinic, no sleeping area
