Pros
TMPL is such a great place to work! I have been there now over two years and truly love my job. The group exercise manager is incredible, and I love all the GMs and their teams across the board. From Trainers to Front Desk staff and sales, it truly feels like one big family that I get to see when I go to work. Everyone is passionate about helping others and the vibe is so positive at all the locations where I teach. Very grateful to get to do what I love, and be surrounded by others who are just as passionate as I am about fitness and helping others. Management is always receptive to new ideas and ways of making the member experience even better, which I love. I really feel like I'm part of a bigger team and that my contribution matters.
Cons
Only one... I can't remember all the bluetooth names sometimes from gym to gym, but that's more my problem lol.
