3yThank you for taking the time to write a review! We are sorry about your experience while working at TLScontact but glad to learn that you enjoyed working with your team members. We are growing quickly, which presents its challenges, but we care very deeply for our employees hence why we have recently reviewed our salary, employee engagement and wellbeing activities but also our benefit package. This year we will also focus on management training programs that will help our managers grow to be the best leaders they can be. We can guarantee that all employees within TLSconact our treated fairly and equitably and that company policy and procedure are always applied. Recently, colleagues who have been with TLScontact for less than a year have been promoted. All employees were consulted before implementing the shift patterns in order to ease employee workload and to accommodate operational needs. Please be advised that we offer a paid 30minute lunch break to all our employees. Should employees require more time for their break we are always open to discussion. We will of course take your feedback on and investigate further in order to improve our employee experience. Yours sincerely.
