Pros
I was well paid and I loved working in the Gherkin! My role was varied and my colleagues were supportive and friendly.
Cons
My department was slowly eroding as they relocated positions to Folkestone - this was not great for staff morale. I felt like I had no opportunities to progress in my career at a technical level whilst remaining in London and the only way up was into management.
